Stanford Radiology and the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging (AIMI) are pleased to announce a call for proposals sponsored by GE Healthcare. Our longstanding partnership with GE has produced smarter imaging devices that provide more consistent, efficient, and detailed diagnostic information. Continuing with this tradition, this new Stanford-GE call for proposals aims to stimulate and support the creation of innovative and high-impact ideas that will advance the field of "upstream" medical imaging AI, which encompasses imaging exam selection, ordering, protocoling, exam workflow, imaging data acquisition, image reconstruction, and image processing. We expect to award up to 5 projects of up to $200,000 total costs each. The deadline to submit applications is Monday, June 1, 2020, at 5:00pm PT.
