2019 AIMI Seed Grant Call for Proposals
The AIMI Center is pleased to announce its first seed grant call for proposals. This seed grant program aims to stimulate and support the creation of innovative and high-impact ideas that will advance the field of medical imaging. The AIMI Center plans to award up to six seed grants of up to $75,000 each.
Priority areas include:
- Creation of novel AI-based methods for clinical image creation, reconstruction, and/or enhancement;
- Development and/or dissemination of AI systems that enhance early detection, reduce diagnostic errors, select appropriate treatment, or improve the quality and efficiency of medical imaging;
- Prospective evaluation of decision support algorithms in the clinical environment;
- Creation of large training sets for machine learning systems, including the development of methods that automatically label clinical images.

2019 Intermountain-Stanford Collaboration Grants Request for Proposals
Investigators at both Intermountain Healthcare and Stanford University have a unique opportunity to improve patient care, on a large scale and within a healthcare delivery system, through ongoing performance improvement, investigation, innovation, and education, all focused on healthcare transformation. Through the Intermountain-Stanford Grant Program, the Intermountain-Stanford Collaborative Committee will provide project awards to teams of investigators from both institutions conducting research to advance healthcare transformation, ideally through the scale and spread of proven or promising clinical improvements. The Committee is interested in funding projects of various sizes, up to a maximum of $100,000 for a 1-year period.
