Join us for our upcoming AI + Health online conference on December 6-7, 2023.
At this wide-ranging online event, the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI), Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging (AIMI), and Center for Continuing Medical Education (CME) are convening experts and leaders from academia, industry, government, and clinical practice to explore critical and emerging issues related to AI's impact across the spectrum of healthcare. Content will be relevant to practitioners, researchers, executives, policymakers, and professionals, with and without technical expertise.
Advancing Clinical Excellence & Healthcare Delivery
This track will deliver real use cases in the deployment of AI in clinical practice, including design, implementation and retrospective evaluation. It will also examine some of the opportunities and challenges for prospectively deploying AI in various healthcare settings, safely, ethically and cost-effectively.
Advancing Scientific Discovery & Translational Research
This track delves deep into how AI is being harnessed to not only deepen our understanding of diseases but also bridge the gap between fundamental research and real-world clinical applications. At the core of this progression is translational research, where AI's potential is being realized to deliver tangible clinical significance and patient-centered solutions.
New AI Methods to Accelerate Innovation in Healthcare
This track will feature key technical advances and considerations for Ai in health. Topics will include how to train and critically evaluate large-scale foundation and generative AI models, with an emphasis on adapting these techniques especially for healthcare applications.
In support of improving patient care, Stanford Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
American Medical Association (AMA) - Stanford Medicine designates this Live activity for a maximum of 12.00 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. For more accreditation details, kindly refer to the Stanford CME website.
