Dr. Anouk Stein is a board certified radiologist. She is a Cornell Biochem undergrad, SUNY - Brooklyn for med school, Columbia affiliate St Luke’s Roosevelt for radiology residency, worked at Beth Israel North and Columbia P&S, and has a programming certificate from Columbia.

MD.ai has a web based annotator that is like a Google docs for annotating medical images. Groups from different time zones can work together to annotate data. Cases can be annotated in a blinded or open fashion. Readers are assigned projects, datasets, cases, and label groups so that they only see what they need to annotate.

MD.ai has tools to help label multiple images at once and integration with Colab. Dr. Stein will be showing the different features and point to resources for further information (i.e. Colab notebooks showing machine learning tutorials using the MDai library/API).
