AIMI Office Hours: Drop-in Session and 1:1 Consultations

AIMI Office Hours (AIMI-OHs) is an opportunity for researchers at Stanford to consult with trainees in AIMI who have a deep expertise in the development of novel AI algorithms. The format is simple - researchers interested in a consultation will first fill out the brief questionnaire above and succinctly summarize their AI problem/challenge. We will match these researchers with 1-2 AI Mentors for a 20-minute consultation during the next monthly AIMI-OHs. The expectation is that the consultation strictly ends at the end of each meeting, but it is up to the researchers and AI Mentors, if they would like to engage in future conversation. Researchers may request additional 1:1 time if needed.

Office hours will held 3-4pm on the 4th Thursday of every month, with additional dates as needed. The format will be:

• 3:00-3:20pm -  Open drop-in for anyone (no questionnaire/RSVP required!)
• 3:20-3:40pm – Session 1 of 1:1 OH’s for those who RSVP’d in advance
• 3:40-4:00pm – Session 2 of 1:1 OH’s for those who RSVP’d in advance
