About:
Dr. Cem M. Deniz is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the New York University Langone Health. His research focuses on integrating technical developments in deep learning with diagnostic radiology to fulfill clinical needs by identifying imaging biomarkers for musculoskeletal disorders. He develops deep learning models and software pipelines for predicting the progression of osteoarthritis and the fracture risk of osteoporosis patients. Dr. Deniz holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Imaging from New York University.
