AIMI Academic x Industry Summit

Industry & Stanford AIMI, advancing health and medicine AI together.

Hosted by the Stanford Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine & Imaging (AIMI), the inaugural Academic x Industry Summit brings together leaders from academia, healthcare, and industry in an intimate, highly interactive forum. This one-day program offers rare, structured opportunities to connect directly with Stanford’s leading voices in health AI, explore the newest breakthroughs for clinical and translational AI research, and spark collaborations that can move innovation from the lab to real-world impact.

About the Summit

The day features a keynote, dynamic panel discussions, research presentations, and an open forum designed to encourage candid dialogue about the opportunities and challenges of implementing AI responsibly in health and medicine. It is a focused environment for academic–industry collaboration, designed to help ideas and partnerships grow.

About the Connections Mixer

From 3:00–5:00 PM PT, the Connections Mixer provides a dedicated networking session for Summit attendees and Stanford faculty and trainees. Poster presentations showcase cutting-edge, emerging research and invite discussion with faculty and industry participants. Meanwhile, reserved, branded industry tables give companies a high-visibility space to share their perspectives, highlight innovations, and connect directly with potential collaborators and future talent.

Connections Mixer: 3:00 - 5:00 PM PT - open to Summit attendees and Stanford community members; registration required
