Join us for the AIMI Symposium + Summit Series 2026. Registration options are available for individual events or multi-event passes across the series.
Registration is now open for the AIMI Symposium and Summit Series. We encourage early registration to secure access and discounted rates as the agenda is finalized. Seating for the Academic x Industry Summit is especially limited, and early registration is strongly recommended for those interested in attending.

Academic x Industry Summit
Academic x Industry Summit Pass
In-person access to the Academic x Industry Summit, a roundtable forum convening academic and industry leaders to examine partnership opportunities and implementation challenges to advance AI in health. Seating is limited; no virtual option. Includes networking breakfast, lunch, and the private networking dinner on June 3.

Multi-Event Passes
AIMI Symposia Pass (In-Person / Virtual)
Access to both the June 3 symposium and June 4 pediatric symposium, including networking opportunities, access to recordings, and on-site meals. Includes livestream access to both symposia, including access to recordings.

All-Access Pass (In-Person)
In-person access to the AIMI Symposium, AIMI Pediatric Symposium, and Academic x Industry Summit, including access to symposium recordings, networking opportunities, on-site meals, and the private networking dinner on June 3. Availability is limited due to intentionally capped seating designed to foster meaningful dialogue at the Academic x Industry Summit.

AIMI Supporter Pass (In-Person)
In-person access to the AIMI Symposium and AIMI Pediatric Symposium, including AIMI Supporter recognition, priority seating, symposium meals and receptions, and the private networking dinner on June 3. Academic x Industry Summit participation is available upon request at no additional cost.

Registration Categories
- Academic: Faculty, researchers, clinicians, and staff affiliated with universities, academic medical centers, healthcare delivery organizations, nonprofits, and government or public sector agencies.
- Industry: Professionals affiliated with commercial entities, including healthcare technology companies, life sciences and pharmaceutical firms, startups, consulting firms, and investor or venture capital groups.
- Trainee: Full-time students and clinical/research trainees, including undergraduate, graduate, postdoctoral, medical, and residency or fellowship trainees. Documentation verifying eligibility and registration with an organizational ID is required.
Scholarships
AIMI recognizes the financial constraints faced by organizations around the world, including the significant funding uncertainty impacting many academic institutions. To help ensure broad and inclusive participation, we are offering a limited number of scholarships to cover full or partial registration fees for either in-person or virtual attendance.
Our goal is to broaden access to the symposium and support individuals who may not otherwise be able to attend due to financial or other barriers. We welcome applicants from around the world and from a range of backgrounds, including students, trainees, early-career professionals, individuals from underrepresented groups, and those working in resource-limited settings.

Please note that all scholarship applications will be automatically be considered for a virtual attendance scholarship.
Stanford Registration with STAP Funds
Stanford employees who are eligible for the Staff Training Assistance Program (STAP) may use STAP funds to register for the AIMI Symposium and the AIMI Pediatric Symposium.
Because STAP funds are processed through Stanford’s internal training system, several steps are required to complete your registration.
Step 1: Submit a Registration Form
Complete the registration form and select the event(s) you plan to attend. Fees shown in the form reflect discounted rates for Stanford employees.
Please select event(s) from the Individual Passes section only. If you would like to attend multiple events, please add the individual events to your registration form (multi-event passes are not eligible for STAP registration).
Step 2: Enroll in the Corresponding Course in STARS
After submitting the symposium registration form, you must enroll in the corresponding course(s) in STARS, Stanford’s learning management system. Please ensure that your symposium registration selections match your STARS course enrollment.

Step 3: Receive Registration Confirmation
Once we receive confirmation of your STARS enrollment, the conference team will finalize your registration. You will receive a confirmation email confirming that your registration using STAP funds is complete.
