Attendee Hub Access

The Attendee Hub is where virtual attendees can view the live AIMI Symposium (June 3) and also where both virtual and in-person attendees will be able to view recordings of the AIMI Symposium immediately after the event. Recordings will be shared over time on the AIMI YouTube channel.

Please note that the AIMI Pediatric Symposium (June 4) will not utilize the Attendee Hub but will be livestreamed here. Recordings will be shared on the AIMI YouTube channel soon after the event.

Desktop Access

1. Click here to access the Attendee Hub
2. Log in using the same email you used to register. An email with a verification code will be sent to you from Stanford AIMI. Check your junk folder in case you don't receive the email in your inbox. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
3. Complete your attendee profile by clicking the Profile button on the right-hand navigation panel.

Tip: A detailed profile makes it easier to connect with other attendees. Please keep in mind anything in your profile will be visible to others on the platform

Mobile/Tablet Access

Downloading the app is entirely optional and is offered as a tool to enhance your conference experience.

1. Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play to download the Cardinal Events app.
2. Once downloaded, search in the app for AIMI Symposium.
3. Log in using the same email you used to register. An email with a verification code will be sent to you from Stanford AIMI. Check your junk folder in case you don't receive the email in your inbox. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
4. Complete your attendee profile by clicking the Profile button on the right-hand navigation panel.
