The 2023 AIMI Symposium plenary sessions will be recorded and accessible for free on Stanford AIMI's YouTube channel within a few days after the event.
Certificate of Attendance / Participation
If you are attending the event in person, we would be happy to provide you with a certificate of attendance upon request after the event has concluded. If you are attending the event online, we are unable to provide any documentation apart from your registration confirmation email.
CME Credits
Continuing medical education (CME) credits are not available for this event.

In-Person Attendees
Location
The 2023 AIMI Symposium will be held in person nearby the main campus in the Stanford Research Park Center located at 3145 Porter Drive, Stanford, CA, 94304. There is ample free parking at this location.
Travel & Lodging for in-person attendees
- Travel grants are not available through the AIMI Center.
- Airports: The closest airports to Stanford University Campus are San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and San Jose International Airport (SJC).

COVID-19 Policy
We will be adhering to Stanford University's current COVID-19 Policies. Requirements may change based on county/state regulations. In the event that the in-person AIMI Symposium is canceled due to Covid-19, we will not cover or reimburse any costs related to the canceled event.
Online Attendees
Location
The link to the virtual platform will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the event. The link will also be posted on the symposium website at that time.
Online Q&A
We will be using Slido for online attendees to participate in Q&A discussions during the plenary sessions. We encourage you to discuss, upvote, and engage!
